Bosses can small spots Fordyce's nothing to fear, and they are very, very common. To do something with the hormones, I think.
Large bumps that occur in groups, could warts.
I agree with most of the tested responses. Only a licensed physician can say with certainty.

It seems pretty much a "pearly penile papules" (Google) similar

It is a benign condition that affects 10-40% of men do not need any treatment.

Since I can not 100% sure about the Internet, I would say, a doctor only in cases of genital warts. It is quite difficult to spread when compared to something like chlamydia, so he probably ran it - if it exists, would probably have seen anyway.

You only need to provide an initial standard of care to speak and then guide you to a specialist if you think it is a problem.

must go to her family doctor (your doctor that you are) seen at regular intervals, as they never had sex, could have something and it could be genital warts or something of the affection.

As seen in previous answers, there are many different terms to explain what you could describe.

Although most physicians who are trained in this field, specializing in dermatology.

Get tested. If you do something stupid as it then you have to check anyway.
